Founded in 1978, they are a Tel Aviv based investment banking boutique. They have been providing investment banking services to Israeli and international corporate and private clients. The focus of its activities has evolved over time: from financing of international aircraft transactions in its beginnings, to export finance, investments in High-Tech Start-Ups and Mature Technology Companies for Turn Around. All along, it maintained its traditional M&A activity having acted as the banker for such landmark transactions as the acquisition of La Caja de Ahorro y Seguros, one of South America’s largest insurance companies, or the sale of the controlling interest in the Israel Corporation, a major industrial holding company. Threadneedle Investments, a London based asset manager, appointed the firm as its exclusive adviser for the distribution of its funds in Israel.
