This capital firm focuses on providing the highest level of investment management services to families, foundations and institutional clients on a global basis. The team is composed of highly experienced investment professionals from around the world, working in concert to deliver a consistent and outstanding result.

Interns will provide technical assistance and support in analyzing, diagnosing, replicating and troubleshooting customers reported issues to resolution by the means of phone, the Internet, e-mail and other electronic means and will also work with employees and affiliates to provide essential technical assistance. They will also create new knowledge base documentation to capture new information for reuse throughout the organization and install, demo and report back on installations of software (features/bugs/improvements). Interns will need to escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure a high level of support.



To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated, self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges. Ability to self-manage and take initiative in a startup environment Technical experience/education in networking, virtualization, cloud, cyber security, VMware, telephony Ability to think on your feet in order to address new and changing environments. Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations Ability to communicate technically complex remedies, solutions or workarounds in a clear and concise manner. Experienced working on any scripting/programming languages would be an added advantage Strong end-user focused orientation. Be able to work under pressure to resolve issues.

As a Tech Support Intern you will be working closely with employees and affiliates to learn their technology environment and enhance your technology troubleshooting skills by isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues in a real business environment.
